Most people believe that the machine is the most important element in cleaning a carpet, it is not, it is knowledge. This is why I became a member of the National Carpet Cleaners Association so I could share information with like-minded cleaners.

To further my knowledge I then went on the education program offered by theInstitute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification attaining Master Textile Cleaner status. (One of the first in Europe.)

I am fully trained my the WOOLSAFE Organisation in the cleaning of wool And wool blend carpets and fabrics, and am a founder member of their Certified Operator network.
By using the information acquired over four decades I have been able to select finest products, equipment and methods to reach the highest level of client satisfaction.
